This beautiful boy is 'Ruperts Chili Pepper' at 14 weeks of age. He is a red Abyssinian born to Ruddicat's Irish Mist who was a very tolerant and loving mother. His breeder, Lynne Cracknell, must be praised for producing such a wonderful cat!
Very much a beautiful boy, this is Pepper at one year.
Pepper cannot resist bags, sacks, or baskets.
I could not resist putting in this 'baby' picture of Pepper. It is when he was still "the red boy" at Ruddicat. Only 5 weeks old and already a show-off!
Katherine has an African Pygmy Hedgehog named Truffles. She has let it be known that she will tolerate the cats - but that size doesn't matter - she's still the boss!
Pepper can't even fit in the cage now....
On July 26th, 2005, we got our second kitten from Ruddicats. Princess Ruby Tuesday is a beautiful (but brainless!) Ruddy Abyssinian. Ruby is known for zany antics and "psycho loves" at 4 in the morning.
The cat condo in the corner of the living room was a great investment. At about 7 feet tall it gives the cats plenty of room to go crazy, watch the world, or just sleep...
When they are not getting into trouble, the pair are usually to be found sleeping somewhere - usually together!
Pepper likes to nap close to his "mom" - and then he really relaxes!
The cats really keep us on our toes and make simple things like cutting out costumes not quite so simple anymore!
Meet our newest Aby addition who will arrive the first week in May! His name is tentatively Ruperts Booberry Blue and is supposed to be Brian's Bluey....
